Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a technique designed for permanently letting go of thoughts, emotions and beliefs that are no longer serving you, as well as physical pain.

EFT has it's roots in ancient Chinese discoveries. Like acupuncture, EFT uses the meridian points on our body - but without the needles! A process of tapping these points in sequence with your own fingers, combined with affirmations of what you wish to be free from, eliminate emotional or physical pain, often when many other approaches have not worked.
